Engaged, empowered, committed. These attributes define Asante's nurses. Ours is an environment where advanced technology is highlighted by an exceptionally gifted and compassionate nursing team. In this distinctive culture, our nurses enjoy a high level of independence, coupled with strong support from fellow healthcare professionals and upper management. The result is an ideal setting for fulfilling our mission and maximizing our core values.

A passion for excellence.

Asante has established a strong reputation for maintaining the highest standards of patient care, and each day we strive to take these standards ever higher. We are actively pursuing Magnet status, while rapidly employing our new shared governance nursing model. At Asante, we practice evidence-based medical and nursing care. Nurses practice in a true partnership with physicians and allied health professionals to make care decisions. We also utilize a primary nursing model for patients with complex health care and/or psychological/social issues.

You can experience this rewarding professional environment in both of our full-service hospitals, as well as at Hearthstone, our skilled nursing facility, and Genesis, our dependency treatment center.
