With newly constructed Three Rivers Community Hospital (TRCH) and the recently remodeled Rogue Valley Medical Center (RVMC), Asante provides an attractive and technologically advanced setting for your professional practice. At either hospital, you will have the opportunity to work in a wide range of environments, including a small, "niche" hospital; a medium, community-based hospital; a larger, tertiary care hospital; or one of our many specialty areas. Asante features both centrally-based and unit-based pharmacists.

At Asante, we strive to provide our pharmacists with the technology systems that enable them to spend more time providing pharmaceutical care, clinical functions and patient safety. These systems include:
- Automated dispensing
- Electronic document management for physician orders
- Automated medication administration system (MAK)
- Integrated information system, allowing access to demographics, labs, nurse charting, etc.
- Drug information systems (Micromedex and Up-to-Date)
- Automated complex compounding
We will soon be enhancing our technology even further to include clinical documentation, physician order entry, and electronic medical records. We also maintain an extensive medical library with librarian support.

The Pharmacy Residency program offers an opportunity for post-graduate professional growth. In addition to the required training segments, this program allows numerous elective opportunities to complement your career goals. The residency experience can include:

As your pharmacy career with Asante progresses, other professional development options become available to you, including:
