Asante places a strong emphasis on staff development through valuable monthly in-services, as well as through multiple workshops offered on-site each year. We also offer a generous continuing education budget, with three paid education days per year. Our "Excellence in Rehab" program covers the cost of tuition and books for individuals who wish to enter the rehabilitation field or who wish to advance their careers within the department.
The result of our commitment to employee growth has been a stable, long-term staff. Two-thirds of our licensed staff have been with us for more than five years, and our average total years of experience for 53 licensed therapists is 17 years. These skilled professionals are a ready and reliable resource for mentoring new employees and cross-training fellow therapists to new areas of interest.
